（中央社記者余曉涵台北3日電）2016工人鬥總統今天在臉書上宣布，將從明天起開始絕食，抗議政府要砍掉7天國定假日。
勞動基準法修正草案（週休二日修法草案）日前通過初審，最快11月8日可以進行二、三讀程序，對此，勞工團體不斷抗議，甚至闖進立法院及民進黨中央黨部等。
勞團2016工鬥今天也在臉書上宣布，11月4日工鬥與各地的勞工團體將推派代表在立法院前發動無限期絕食抗議。
工鬥表示，民進黨現今的所作所為，根本是犧牲勞工的權益，而去點亮資方的利益。工鬥說，近日工時的爭議從頭到尾本來就不是全國一致的問題，而是「砍掉七天假」修惡的問題。
工鬥強調，勞動部長郭芳煜受訪時說，有61%的事業單位過去用挪移7天假的方式，才放得到週休二日。因此所謂40工時的政策，在這61%事業單位的效果，就是可以開始放七天假。
工鬥指出，民進黨持續拿一例一休來綁架7天假，但實際上一例一休僅是無法落實週休二日而祭出的「表面政策」而已，跟砍7天假毫無關聯，也不應綁在一起談。1051103
